Mike was extremely flexible and was available on memorial day weekend to change the locks on my new house.

He was courteous and helped me get the smart lock installed; He also came by to give me an estimate in advance and to suggest a few brands/models that he had experience with and that he knew he could install in the door.

Will be using him in the future and would definitely recommend.
